The Maple Leaf Planning Committee is a volunteer organization. We
rely members of the community and local organizations to provide a
successful festival every year.

The goal of the Maple Leaf Festival is to provide a quality family fall
arts and crafts event while empowering our local community and
non-profit organizations. A successful festival allows us to fund scholarships, support local charities and community organizations.

We currently need voluteers to help during the festival for a variety
of tasks such as manning barricades, parade route control, facilties
management, information and more. If your non-profit group is looking
for an opportunity to help another great organization while raising
money, contact our volunteer coordinator.

The Maple Leaf Planning Committee meets the first Thursday of every month at 7:00pm at the Baldwin City Public Library. New members to the committee are always welcome and encouraged to join.

Any organization wishing to request assistance or permission to
participate in the festival should petition the committee in person or
in writing.
